These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Hermes-Agent-VideoFunker application ("the Application"), operated by Saleslights on behalf of VideoFunker.
The Application is an internal tool. Access is restricted to authorized VideoFunker and Saleslights personnel. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.
The Application automates marketing functions across Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager on behalf of VideoFunker. Users must operate the Application within their assigned permissions and applicable advertising and data-protection requirements.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Saleslights and VideoFunker disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Saleslights nor VideoFunker shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
Use of the Application complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the relevant Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager terms of service.
